I’m from out of town and my daughter had an issue with my car on a Sunday evening while picking up a friend. I spoke with the tow truck driver and he was concerned for the girls and said he would be there in 15-20 minutes. He took the girls to a safe restaurant to wait for me to pick them up and dropped the car off at the dealer with the key and a note including my name and phone number. It was a huge relief and I could not be happier.
